Local Election Results 2024
On Thursday the 2nd of May the public of England and Wales took to the polling stations and cast their votes.
The Liberal Democrats won an impressive number of seats accross the board, with 522 councillors elected (+104 new) and new majorities and council controls in various places!
We at the Green Liberal Democrats are incredibly pleased with the results, but would like to boast our 32 Green Lib Dem heroes who were elected, with a special congratulations going out to the 8 people who won a seat for the first time, whether in a seat being defended, or a gained seat.
And of course, a huge thank you and well done to everyone who helped get our green councillor heroes elected!
