Residents who pay for their green bins to be collected by Wiltshire Council will be charged an extra £2 next year, and those who take their stuff to the Household Recycling Centres may be asked to pay for the privilege.

The proposed budget for 2016/17, which involves total cuts to services of £25million, has been published online.

WC currently spends £900 million each year on more than 350 services.

The budget will be discussed and agreed at a council meeting on 23 February.
